A Poem Dedicated to All Peoples
ERIKA PRICE- JUNE 2004

the dead steal thunder to wake us
that we might hear
the loud wasted moments
of shivering fear
and aimless walking
through worlds of nevermind
or just to remind us to live
before it is our job
to steal thunder
for the living dead
it's music if you listen
and when the rain comes
flowers grow
