A SIMPLE THOUGHT ON A LOST WAY OF LIFE
June 9, 2008

I've always been a simple man and I tend to look at things a little different than most people these days.

Much has been said about the difficulties our People now face.

Many have thought long and hard on these problems and the solutions to solving them.

Ways to get back some of what we once had as a People.

To regain that better way of life our ancestors had.

To walk with our heads held high again and to be united as a people.

Yes, many work very hard to pursue that goal and some wonder why it is such a difficult task.

Some are quick to blame the White race, the times we live in, bickering among ourselves, and too many reasons to list without missing some.

I too have given much thought to what needs to be done.

I've written many a heartfelt word on the subject.

Some ideas were better than others, but I feel all fell short of a real solution.

Something always seems to be missing.

As I sat contemplating this last night I asked myself," What makes us so different now than our ancestors were back then?"

There are many things I'm sure you might point to and be right too.

But if you could condense it all into one answer, what might it be?

The answer to me is quite simple, as I said, I'm a simple man.

We as a People once knew what was important....and what wasn't....and our ancestors lived their lives accordingly.

Sound too simple?

Just think on it a moment.

Our ancestors didn't waist their time on foolish things.

They had a very clear sense of right and wrong and held great value in the things that truly enriched their lives, not just as individuals, but as a People.

Somewhere we've lost that ability.

Our lives are too cluttered with meaningless things, and their pursuit, to see the things that are truly important.

If we could just do that.... as our ancestors did, realize what is important and what is not, just think how much time would no longer be wasted and instead be spent towards goals that would enrich our lives as a People in ways that would hold true and lasting value.

Yes it is a simple thought....... but it was once A WAY OF LIFE!
